Generally known as the AFIP Fascicles, this series typically produces some of the best reference texts available, compiled and edited by many of the most experienced and respected pathologists in the world. Each fascicle is produced by its own team of contributors and editors; while this certainly enhances quality, it also adds an element of inconsistent style, though that minor inconvenience is well worth the quality.
